Hi, my name’s Malcolm and I’ve been frequenting the Polish shores for nearly five years.

I’m from Kenyan, and without typecasting the Kenyans too much, I love running. If you see a strange black man running to Tychy on occasions it must be me!

I have a background in economics and finance and love to push myself. I’m currently studying I.T and I’ve also only just found out what “bigos’ is!
